Being a 4th year college student exposed us to a real life outside of the school environment. OJT (On-the-Job Training) is an instrument to ready myself to a working environment. It explain to us how to work hard time to time, focus and have a presence of mind to a public surroundings. I learned how to divide my time to the work assign to me and challenge my intellectual capabilities. I also learned how to work with supervisors and co-workers. The knowledge that I gained and learned in this institution where applied during my OJT.
Those experiences will help me in my future job and enhance my personality to be more responsible to the things assigned to me.
